Another tough year has passed. For Devtorium, however, 2025 was defined not only by challenges. This year is marked by steady progress, transformations, and new opportunities for us. Despite operating under complex external conditions, our company successfully resumed mobile development services and strengthened its cybersecurity, AI, and software development capabilities. Additionally, we updated the website and launched video content production initiatives.

These outcomes would not have been possible without our people. The team’s motivation, professionalism, hard work, and persistence were decisive in achieving these results. At Devtorium, our teammates have always been our top priority. The 2025 company performance report clearly reflects the effectiveness of this people-centered approach.

How Our Software Development Company Evolved in 2025

1) This year proved exceptionally productive for Devtorium’s project portfolio. In total, we successfully launched 12 new software products and platforms. The projects delivered in 2025 primarily supported the following industries: fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, sports, telecommunications, enterprise solutions, and entertainment.

“Every third pre-sales initiative resulted in a launched project. The Pre-Sales team ensured a steady flow of initiatives, many of which successfully converted into the delivery phase,” says Ostap Koloda, Head of the Pre-Sales Department.

In addition, strong PMO governance enabled predictable project initiation and significantly reduced early-stage delivery risks.

2) Throughout 2025, our team continued to expand and evolve. Devtorium welcomed 9 new specialists across various departments. If you are excited to join our team, please explore our current open vacancies.

At the same time, our HR department completed performance evaluations for all employees, with 20 colleagues earning well-deserved promotions. We are proud to congratulate the following colleagues:

  • Serhii Kovalskyi and Yevhenii Tymoshenko, who moved up to the Production Council – Development Department;
  • Alona Bochkarova, who rose to the Head of the BA Department;
  • Ostap Koloda, who advanced to the Head of Pre-Sales;
  • Yuliia Lytvyn, who was promoted to the Head of the R&D Department;
  • Anatolii Holub, who rose to the Head of the Front-End Department;
  • Svitlana Shveda, who moved up to the Finance Operations Manager position.

3) The marketing department also did not remain idle: in the second half of the year, they introduced a new strategic direction – video marketing. This initiative is led by Volodymyr Marynenko, who oversees filming, editing, and publishing of video content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta. To date, the team has produced 4 podcasts, 5 short LinkedIn videos, and over 40 shorts.

We invite everyone to explore our video materials, which not only showcase Devtorium’s readiness to expand its digital formats but also provide practical advice!

4) Our Chief Innovation Officer, Abhishek Jain, attended several key industry conferences, including ASW 2025 in Las Vegas, ASE 2025 in New York, and the AW Summit in Bucharest. These events offered extensive networking opportunities. We met many of our reliable partners and new, extraordinary conference attendees.

Our company was pleased to participate in these events, and very soon, on January 12-14, we will be present at ASW 2026 in Caesars Forum Las Vegas. Devtorium will have its own booth, so don’t miss the chance to speak with our experts on relevant topics in real life!

5) The security department has adopted a structured risk management system. Over the past year, we have continued to integrate information security measures into the company’s overall business strategy, positioning security as a core business function rather than a purely technical responsibility.

One of the most notable updates is the launch of initiatives to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act. This initiative introduces a new compliance service that enables the company to scale its AI solutions while operating in compliance with international regulatory frameworks.

Additionally, the company has developed foundational policies governing the use of AI tools in day-to-day workflows. This proactive approach helps mitigate the risk of data leakage and prevents unauthorized use of internal information. All AI-related initiatives are now embedded within the company’s unified security framework.

6) Devtorium has never had a year without enhancing the company’s website UI/UX. In 2025, we updated our homepage, created a user-friendly customer form, and improved the recruitment form, with contributions from Oleksandr Leshchenko and Volodymyr Marynenko. In addition, we made many minor adjustments to our case study and services pages.

7) According to Devtorium’s 2025 project statistics, .NET, Node.js, Go, Angular, React.js, and React Native were the most popular technologies used in software development. Moreover, demand for AI-driven solutions remained strong, with 50% of projects incorporating active AI implementations. Another major accomplishment in 2025 was the resumption of mobile application development services.

8) The design team also demonstrated high productivity.

“This year, we heavily focused on mobile applications and delivered many high-quality solutions”, says Alina Kliuka, Head of Design Department. “Our core principles: user-centric design, consistency through design systems, and strong branding.”

In 2025, Devtorium also launched its official Behance profile. The design team published updated branding guidelines and approved case studies to demonstrate our design expertise publicly.

Devtorium: Plans for the Future

This year, Devtorium aims to strengthen its position in the highly competitive software product development market. Our team will achieve this goal through excellent delivery of the services aligned with client needs. We will also continue to adopt emerging technologies, such as AI tools and bots, across projects to deliver better results. Our developers have gained extensive experience delivering AI services across a wide range of use cases.

Looking ahead, we plan to create a dedicated video page on our website to consolidate and present this growing content library. We also aim to further automate our company’s workflows with AI, integrating it safely and responsibly into our development, sales, and design processes. Next year, we will continue to strengthen our research and development capabilities, introduce new technologies into our tech stack, and further develop our mobile expertise.

Devtorium is proud of what we have accomplished this year and looks forward to a brighter future with new opportunities.
