The client is an innovative sports startup determined to modernize how recreational spaces operate. Together, we developed a solution: a mobile-first ecosystem that introduces 24/7, fully autonomous table tennis venues to the Ukrainian market. Their vision was to provide players with instant, automated access to professional facilities, accessible entirely through a smartphone. How long did the project take from start to launch?
We moved from initial development in November to a live, stable release by March 1st. This timeline allowed the client to open their first autonomous location on schedule, backed by a fully integrated booking and access control system.

Multiple security layers protect the system: doors remain locked by default and open only for users with confirmed bookings and payments; all access events are logged; the system uses secure authentication; and any suspicious activity can be monitored remotely through the backend.
How does the autonomous access system work?
Users book a table through the mobile app and make a secure payment. The system automatically grants them access to the door shortly before their scheduled game time. At the venue, they simply open the app and tap to unlock the door. All communication among the app, the backend, and the door locks is encrypted and secure.
What makes the user experience different from a traditional club?
Beyond the convenience of 24/7 access, the platform digitizes the game itself. By integrating physical table buttons and automated video recording, players receive instant match statistics and video highlights directly on their phones
