Sprint planning

On Monday, we make a plan to ensure that the desired results are delivered on time. We define sprint goals, backlog, and the definition of done. The plan is built with utmost efficiency, and no items will be added to the backlog after the sprint start.

Daily scrum calls

During the week, the team has daily 15-minute calls where every member makes a short report on the things they did and plan to do to achieve sprint goals. They also speak about any issues they might have encountered in their work.

Backlog refinement

The team might request backlog refinement if they feel it’s needed. The process won’t take more than 10% of the development effort. During this time, the Scrum team will review and revise the backlog to provide more details and ensure everyone clearly understands the requirements.
