Responsibilities:
- Know the company's services and products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Be ready to answer any questions;
- Professional and successful presentation of our brand;
- Identification and formation of potential customers;
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them;
- Maintaining contact lists and further communication with clients to continue the relationship;
- Planning meetings and presentations with potential clients;
- Negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales contracts;
- Regular update of account information;
- Coordination with other team members and departments to optimize sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ sales experience, ideally within our industry;
- Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations;
- Strong sense of ethics and business acumen;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts;
- Familiarity with relevant sales software and technology;
- Sharp negotiation and time management skills;
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas;
- Highly self-motivated;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
An important condition:
- The candidate has to provide his portfolio with successfully closed cases.
