Responsibilities:

  • Know the company's services and products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Be ready to answer any questions;
  • Professional and successful presentation of our brand;
  • Identification and formation of potential customers;
  • Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them;
  • Maintaining contact lists and further communication with clients to continue the relationship;
  • Planning meetings and presentations with potential clients;
  • Negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales contracts;
  • Regular update of account information;
  • Coordination with other team members and departments to optimize sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ sales experience, ideally within our industry;
  • Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations;
  • Strong sense of ethics and business acumen;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts;
  • Familiarity with relevant sales software and technology;
  • Sharp negotiation and time management skills;
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.

An important condition:

  • The candidate has to provide his portfolio with successfully closed cases.
