Project Manager/Business Analyst

Project Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients’ business needs and the technical implementation of their projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, delivery managers, developers, and testers, to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or a Business Analyst in the IT industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to work closely with development teams
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and validate requirements
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Prepare and present comprehensive requirement specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation
- Prepare UI wireframes and collaborate with the UI/UX team to translate them into design
- Support the testing team by providing clarifications and ensuring that the developed solutions meet the requirements
- Assist delivery managers in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology
