Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English (both written and spoken)
