Project Description:
We are in the midst of developing a dynamic platform tailored for insurers and ecosystems that aims to provide personalized insurance coverage options. Our platform is designed to streamline digital insurance programs, granting our partners the ability to overcome traditional barriers.
Some key features include adaptable APIs, integration with data-rich systems, handling of technical and regulatory complexities, support for scalability, internationalization, multi-brand utilization, and a streamlined underwriting process. Our goal is to demystify insurance complexity, empowering stakeholders to efficiently develop, deploy, and experiment across multiple distribution channels.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with C# and .NET for backend development
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js for frontend development
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms, CQRS, Microservices, Docker, NoSQL, SQL, Messaging (MassTransit), REST, Testing, JSON Schema, and structured logging
- Solid understanding of system architecture and cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Good spoken and written English (B2+)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of K8S
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., CosmosDB, ServiceBus, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, APP/Container Insights)
- Experience with Identity Providers such as Azure B2C
- Familiarity with Specflow, OpenIdDict (OpenIdConnect experience), Rule Engines, Azure PowerBI, and various integrations development
Scope of Work:
- Development Across Stacks: Working closely with both front and back-end technologies to deliver complete, high-performing solutions
- Code Quality Assurance: Ensuring alignment with software development best practices, and maintaining architectural consistency across the platform
- Collaboration: Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to integrate diverse functionalities and create a coherent product
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing ongoing improvements to system performance, scalability, and reliability
